R&D Group Manager

We’re looking for a R&D Group Manager to lead our Full-Stack group across architecture, delivery, and people development. You’ll shape the team’s technical direction, own system design, and mentor both engineering managers and developers. Working closely with Product, Design, and AI teams, you’ll drive the development of scalable, high-impact solutions that power our global trading platforms. This role blends strategic thinking, technical leadership, and team empowerment - with a strong influence on our tech and product evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a global Full-Stack group, including team leads and developers
• Drive technical direction, architecture, and code quality across the group
• Own planning and execution of development cycles with cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with Product, UX, and Risk teams to deliver robust, data-driven products
• Oversee QA processes and ensure high standards for performance and reliability
• Integrate AI technologies and drive innovation across products and infrastructure

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams, including managing team leads
• 4+ years of hands-on full-stack development (Node.js/Nest.js, React)
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems in the cloud (AWS/GCP)
• Strong architecture and design skills, including microservices and APIs
• Solid knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into web applications
• Excellent communication skills in English
