• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance across accounts, reports, and audits.
• Oversee contractor and supplier payments, accruals, and fixed assets management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and automation.
• Support financial reporting and data-driven decision-making with precise records.
  
  

• 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, including senior-level responsibility.
• Strong command of P&L, Balance Sheet, and monthly closing processes.
• Proven track record in high-tech or global environments — advantage.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (or similar) and advanced Excel.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and fluent in English (spoken and written).
