About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our global procurement team , a leading defense and technology company.

This position involves managing procurement processes and supplier communication in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle, send, and follow up on purchase orders

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers in Israel and abroad

• Track and manage product returns, faults, and supplier issues

• Monitor shortages and delivery schedules

• Create and update item records (SKU/MRP) and documentation in ERP

Requirements:

• Academic degree – required

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar or administrative role

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Experience with ERP systems (advantage for Priority)
