Digital Prodact Manager

abra is seeking for an Digital Prodact Manager

This role requires At least 3 years of prior experience as a Product Manager

A full time position, based in Lod

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic thinking and defining a digital product roadmap.
• Managing the full product lifecycle – identifying needs, writing requirements, overseeing development, and leading product launches.
• Leading cross-organizational digital initiatives while collaborating with multiple interfaces across Leumi (Development, Legal, Information Security, and more).
• Monitoring, measuring, and closely tracking product performance to identify trends, issues, and friction points in order to maximize success rates.
• Working with design agencies.
• Team collaboration, commitment, and close cooperation with other product managers within the division.

• At least 3 years of prior experience as a Product Manager – required
• In-depth familiarity with the financial industry – required
• Experience in writing business requirements and reading technical specifications – required
• Strong understanding of customer experience and UI/UX principles – required
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment – required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and teamwork orientation – required
