Business Analyst

OPC ENERGY, a public energy and electricity company, is hiring an Analyst for the billing team, located at the OPC ENERGY headquarters in Azrieli Sarona building, near HaShalom train station in Tel Aviv. The role reports to the Billing Team Manager and involves billing processes, data analysis, and reporting.

Reports to: Billing Team Manager

Job description:

• Full responsibility for the operation of the company’s billing processes, including ongoing interactions with customers and internal interfaces.
• Producing periodic reports and reports to management (monthly/quarterly/annually), including analyzing trends and presenting business insights.
• Managing and maintaining databases (DB), carrying out and developing control processes, identifying gaps and raising them to the relevant parties.
• Conducting various economic and analytical calculations for the purpose of making business decisions.
• Writing work procedures and improving processes on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.
• At least two years of experience as an economist or analyst – mandatory.
• Full command of the Office environment and especially Excel (including complex functions) – mandatory.
• High analytical skills, maximum accuracy and attention to detail.
• High motivation, personal responsibility and the ability to persevere in challenging work.
• Experience working with SAP system – an advantage.
• Experience working with Salesforce system – an advantage.
• Experience working with a large DB – an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitasking, in a changing environment.
• Previous experience working in the field of energy – a significant advantage.
• Previous experience working in the field of retail sales – an advantage.
