We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead, implement, and continuously improve our company’s Quality Management and Quality Control systems.

This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for ensuring product excellence, compliance with ISO standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

• Lead the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), including policy development, procedures, and document control.
• Manage and monitor all quality control activities — incoming inspections, in-process checks, and final product audits.
• Initiate and manage management reviews, internal and external ISO 9001 audits, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Track and analyze quality performance indicators and present statistical reports to management.
• Promote quality awareness and train employees on quality standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and service departments to ensure compliance and process improvement.
• Maintain configuration control and oversee quality documentation for all company products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) – preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Quality Management and QA/QC leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of QC methodologies, testing processes, and ISO 9001 frameworks.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary systems combining software, electronics, and mechanics – an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages – an advantage.
