Production Domain Manager

We are looking for a Production Domain Manager to join the Materials and Technologies Directorate at the Engineering and Development Center within the Aviation Division.

The position includes:

• Managing production lines in a development environment within the Directorate, including responsibility for daily operations and employee management in composite material production lines (chemistry and plastics domains).

• Overseeing production lines serving multiple projects and clients, maintaining continuous and effective customer interfaces.

• Providing professional guidance to production staff and developing technological solutions for production processes still in development stages.

• Managing a team of approximately 50 employees, including production planners and production operators.

What we’re looking for:

• Israeli citizenship

• Academic degree in a relevant field

• At least 10 years of experience in composite materials production according to aerospace standards

• At least 3 years of managerial experience overseeing composite material production lines with 30 or more employees

• Background and experience in aerospace manufacturing quality processes

Advantages:

• Experience in radome production using composite materials

• Experience in painting composite aerospace components

• Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Experience in MS Project – building and managing work plans
