Job Description

• Manage the entire product lifecycle – from strategy and definition through development and implementation.
• Lead Agile work processes, manage the product backlog, and prioritize tasks.
• Collect and analyze business requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead data-driven products (such as GIS and BI) and develop new data-based capabilities.
• Manage complex system integrations and interfaces between systems and end users, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Collaborate with governmental bodies and local authorities to promote digital transformation solutions.
• Oversee prioritization, business analysis, development, and implementation processes, working methodically within multi-disciplinary teams in a complex, multi-user environment.

Requirements

• Relevant academic education.
• At least 2 years of experience in product or technology project management, including at least 1 year as a Product Manager.
• Proven experience in technology product management, including product strategy, business requirements definition, and specification.
• Advantage: Experience with data-oriented products such as BI and GIS.
• Hands-on experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle processes, including backlog management, task prioritization, version planning, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ability to gather requirements from diverse sources, analyze customer needs, perform market research, extract insights, and recommend solutions.
• Experience defining product values, KPIs, and objectives.
• Experience working in the public sector, particularly with local authorities or government organizations – a significant advantage.
• Proven experience with complex systems involving multiple user types, system integrations, and data exchange between platforms.
• Experience managing large user bases, including conducting user testing and monitoring usage metrics.
