About the Role

Join an alternative investment fund. specializing in mortgage acquisitions and real estate asset liquidation. The role involves coordinating and managing all legal aspects with U.S. law firms, monitoring foreclosure processes, overseeing legal proceedings, and providing ongoing legal advice to the investment team and management.

This is a full-time position based in Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing relationships with U.S. law firms supporting the fund's activities.
• Coordinate, review, and monitor legal processes related to asset liquidation, foreclosures, and mortgages.
• Review and analyze legal files and the status of asset liquidations (Foreclosure).
• Provide legal advice to the investment team on real estate, loans, regulatory matters, and contracts.
• Review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, sales contracts, and ownership records.

Qualifications:

• Valid U.S. law license- mandatory (significant advantage for New York or Florida bar admission).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate, mortgages, or foreclosures- mandatory.
• Full proficiency in legal English- mandatory.
• Experience in real estate-backed loan financing or foreclosure proceedings- significant advantage.
