Israel Habitat, a luxury real estate agency specializing in high-end properties and ultra-high-net-worth clients, is looking for a proactive and organized professional to help manage our brand presence, support the sales team, and ensure smooth daily operations.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

Manage the agency’s brand identity and digital presence

Create professional photos and videos (including drone & Reels)

Keep CRM listings (HubSpot & Google Drive) updated and organized

Support agents with administrative and operational tasks

Lead content creation for social media & marketing campaigns

Ensure all visuals reflect the luxury positioning of the agency

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Fluent in English & Hebrew (French/Russian is a strong plus)

Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, and CRM tools

Experience in social media management (LinkedIn & Meta)

Video editing & drone footage abilities – a must

Strong organization and multitasking skills

Passion for luxury real estate and refined design

💼 Job Details

120 – 182 hours / month (flexible schedule)

Hybrid work model (partial remote possible)
