About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, hungry, and strategic B2B Sales Manager to drive enterprise growth across the US, UK, and Canada.
This isn’t a “manage existing accounts” kind of role - it’s a “build it from the ground up” opportunity. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our global sales motion, building relationships with top-tier brands, and helping us define how Fuga lands and expands in new markets.
You’ll work closely with our Chief Business Officer and marketing teams to craft a repeatable sales playbook and turn inbound interest and outbound potential into long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales - from prospecting and qualifying to negotiation and close.
- Build and manage a growing pipeline of opportunities across key verticals (agency, retail, and automotive networks).
- Develop deep relationships with decision-makers - from creative operations to CMOs.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and success to ensure clients get real value - fast.
- Feed customer insights directly into product development to help shape our roadmap.
- Represent Fuga at industry events and be a key voice in telling our story.
- Set the tone for a high-performance, data-driven sales culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of B2B SaaS or creative tech sales experience - startup or scale-up environment preferred.
- Proven track record in closing enterprise and mid-market deals.
- A builder’s mindset: you love creating structure out of chaos and testing new playbooks.
- Strong storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking to both creative and technical audiences.
- Fluent in English. Other languages (Spanish, French, German) are a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
- Bonus: familiarity with creative automation, digital asset management, or marketing tech ecosystems.
