System Engineer.

We’re seeking a highly skilled systems engineer in the HLS field who has the business knowledge and technical expertise to implement strategies, evaluate products, and build a tailored technical solution that supports the changing needs of our customers.

Our system engineers design, develop, and integrate complex work systems for every stage of a projects lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will ensure that Magal reliably delivers mission-critical infrastructure and systems with an eye toward security, safety, and operations

As a System engineer at Magal, you will:

• Create innovative security concepts and present them to potential customers.
• Receive technical requirements, translate requirements into technical solutions , and offer cost-effective, high-end HLS solutions.
• You’ll play a critical role in the technical infrastructure of the company, providing best technical practices and solutions to our projects and customers as well as internal organization expertise.
•  You’ll be a strategic member of our team, supporting and working closely with our R&D , engineering teams, sales, as well as project management, marketing, and other teams while managing the technical project life cycle.
• As a part of your role, you will enjoy traveling to our customers various sites in Israel and abroad for site surveys, project design and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

• An experienced (5+ years) System engineer in Multi-disciplinary Projects, including customer-facing experience.
• Vast experience responding to tenders, RFI, RFP and RFQ.
• Knowledge and experience in reading and understanding specifications, contracts, and customer requirements
• Ability to select and handle business relationships and commercial negotiations with suppliers and partners in Israel and abroad
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/electricity and electronics
• Complete control of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
• Fast learner and team player with practical communication skills
• English, Hebrew – very high level
• Able to travel according to business needs
• Experienced in HLS and Security low-voltage systems – advantage
• Master's degree in systems engineering or electrical engineering – advantage
• Proficiency in Russian – an advantage.
