Manufacturing Section Manager

Rehovot Dairy is one of Tnuva’s largest and most established production sites, manufacturing Israel’s most popular dairy products – including milk, cream, and dairy beverages – using advanced processes and strict safety and quality standards.

This is your opportunity to take on a key leadership role in a major production plant, helping deliver the beloved food products found in nearly every Israeli home.

What you'll do:

• Meet operational KPIs: supply targets, waste reduction, labor hours, and OEE
• Analyze production data, identify insights, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate data in operational systems and ensure data reliability
• Analyze performance metrics and lead RCPS investigations for production events
• Oversee work processes, promote a strong safety and quality culture, and ensure compliance with GMP and ISO standards
• Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, quality, and technology departments
• Ensure proper operation of machinery and auxiliary equipment, report anomalies, and coordinate operational changes
• Lead operational excellence initiatives and implement continuous improvement tools

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree – required
• At least 2 years of experience managing large teams in production, industry, or logistics – required
• Strong proficiency in information systems, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) – required
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry – an advantage
• Ability to perform and make decisions under pressure
• Willingness to work full-time, including overtime and non-standard hours
