Structural Design Engineer

A leading international company specializing in complex scaffolding systems is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join its engineering team.

About the Role:

You will be part of a small team of engineers responsible for designing and engineering scaffolding systems for a wide range of projects in the construction, energy, and events industries. The position is mainly office-based, with occasional site visits and direct collaboration with the company’s headquarters in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Structural design and calculation of scaffolding and temporary structures (steel, aluminum, and mixed materials)
• Preparation of detailed drawings and technical documentation
• Collaboration with clients and project managers to define design requirements
• Coordination with engineers and technical staff abroad
• Occasional travel to Europe for professional training and team integration

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Civil or Structural Engineering – mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in structural design (concrete/steel/metal structures) – mandatory
• Proficiency in AutoCAD – mandatory; experience with Revit – advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory
• Willingness to travel abroad and visit project sites
