Mechanical Devices, a leading electromechanical manufacturer is looking for a QA Team Lead to join our growing team.

We’re seeking a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of production and quality control processes.

• Lead and coordinate a team of QA technicians
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures
• Oversee final testing of systems and equipment
• Support production and collaborate with engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

• Proven experience in QA, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience in team leadership or coordination – advantage
• Good command of Hebrew or English (required)
• Knowledge of Russian – an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
