Technical Lead

Moveo Software is growing fast and looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Full Stack) to join our team in central Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers, designers, and clients to deeply understand user needs and build products that serve them.
• Take full ownership of engineering projects from design to implementation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Mentor and lead other developers to improve team delivery and quality.
• Communicate and explain complex topics efficiently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage agile methodologies and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle alongside the PM.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Experience mentoring or onboarding new team members, or working in a tech management role.
• Strong experience in one of the frontend frameworks: React / Angular.
• Strong backend experience in one of the following: Node.js / Nest.js / Python / Go.
• Solid understanding of complex design architectures.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of cloud environments and experience with AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices, both theoretical and practical.
