We are looking for Senior PPC Social Team Lead, in this position you will own the execution, management, and optimization of paid campaigns across major social platforms. You will be responsible for scaling large budgets, driving measurable growth, and ensuring ROI across multiple channels. In this role, you will also lead and manage a team of PPC specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and strategic direction to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative angles, test new approaches, and leverage analytics to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
You will:
- Develop, launch, and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with a clear focus on performance marketing outcomes.
- Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, funnel analysis, creative testing, and continuous A/B experiments.
- Take ownership of marketing analytics by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to craft and test new marketing angles and high-converting content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
- Explore and adopt external tools for campaign management and performance analysis, keeping Exon ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who brings:
- 6+ years of experience managing and optimizing performance-driven paid campaigns, with at least 2+ years in ecommerce
- 1 year of experience as a team manager
- Proven experience in building work and buying methods for ongoing performance activity
- A proven record of success in managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (must-have).
- Affiliate marketing experience (a strong advantage).
- Advanced analytical and technical skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and more).
- Experience with external campaign management and analytics tools (advantage).
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset, with a natural ability to learn independently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a global team.
- Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring junior campaign managers is considered a strong advantage.
