Vice President Operations

Join a well-established, stable, and leading company in the income-producing real estate sector. We're seeking a VP of Operations to lead operations at a large-scale site encompassing office spaces and retail.

This is a hands-on senior leadership role with full accountability for operational excellence, maintenance systems, and delivering top-tier service to tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Overall management of site operations, maintenance, and infrastructure

✔️ Daily collaboration with senior executives and key clients

✔️ Lead procurement, pricing, contracts, and negotiations with suppliers

✔️ Budget oversight and cost control for tens of millions of ILS annually

✔️ Proactive, high-touch client service on a daily basis

✔️ Direct management of field teams: maintenance, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, and more

✔️ Leadership of a large team – direct employees, mid-level managers, and subcontractors

✔️ Full responsibility for site safety – training, procedures, and compliance

✔️ Hands-on work with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) & performance tracking

Requirements:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Mechanical /Electrical / Industrial & Management/ Civil

🔹 Minimum 5 years in a senior operations/maintenance/infrastructure management role

🔹 Proven expertise in managing complex technical systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression)

🔹 Extensive experience leading large teams and subcontractors

🔹 Budget management of tens of millions of ILS annually

🔹 Systems thinking, strong planning & execution, and a service-oriented mindset

🔹 High availability for ongoing operations and urgent incidents
