System Security Engineer 232792

We are looking for a System & Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in TRELLIX security solutions.

The role involves maintaining and updating software on critical systems across two fixed customer sites — in Gan Sorek and Haifa.

The specific work location will depend on the device update plan prepared by the engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and secure updates of system and device software.
• Install operating system patches and 3rd-party software (Oracle, NetApp, etc.).
• Configure systems and manage source control (GitHub, ClearCase).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on live customer systems.
• Work on real-time and mission-critical environments requiring high reliability.
• Prepare and execute updates, fixes, and configurations on active systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• 5+ years of experience in C, Java, Oracle Database, SQL, and Shell scripting.
• Ability to read, interpret, and debug system logs and error files.
• Proven expertise in TRELLIX solutions, including:
• ePolicy Orchestrator (on-prem)
• Endpoint Security (EDR with Forensics, ENS, HX)
• Data Security (Database Security, DLP)
• Network Security (NDR Console, Intrusion Prevention System)
• Application Change Control & Policy Auditor
• Experience working on real-time or mission-critical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook.
