Cloud DevOps Team Leader – Cybersecurity SaaS

We are looking for a hands-on Cloud DevOps Team Leader to drive the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for a live cybersecurity SaaS product. In this role, you will lead a talented DevOps team, set technical direction, and own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a strong focus on security, cost-efficiency, and production reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers across design, automation, deployment, and operations.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design and implement complex cloud networking solutions — VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, firewall rules — across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm) and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD preferred).
• Oversee production monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting practices to ensure system reliability and resilience.
• Implement cloud cost optimization strategies without compromising performance.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements (SOC2, ISO27001), and cloud governance best practices.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to align infrastructure goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including team leadership.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP in production environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud networking (advanced VPCs, VPN peering, routing, firewall rules).
• Strong proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Python/Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD preferred).
• Solid understanding of cloud security architectures and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record leading teams supporting production SaaS platforms, preferably in cybersecurity or other critical systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
