SAP QM Implementation Specialist

SAP QM Implementation Specialist | Lod | IAI – ITC Information Technologies Center

We are looking for an SAP QM Implementation Specialist to join the Information Technologies Center (ITC) at IAI and lead the implementation of the Quality Management module across the organization.

The position includes:

• Understanding cross-organizational processes, particularly quality and production workflows

• Gathering client requirements related to quality management

• Implementing the SAP QM module and all its components across the Lod campus

• Performing ongoing updates and functional improvements for key users

• Representing the SAP department in ITC information committees

• Conducting in-person training sessions for knowledge transfer and retention

• Analyzing processes within the QM module and its interfaces with other SAP modules, ensuring process control

• Reporting project progress and implementation milestones to the SAP domain lead

• Participating in steering committees and working teams within the campus and ITC

• Managing SAP tasks and change requests in coordination with ITC and the corporate quality headquarters

• Writing procedures and guidelines for quality management processes, in collaboration with the quality managers

• Performing software and application testing related to the QM module, including managing test scenarios

What we’re looking for:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, specializing in Information Systems, Production Management, Quality, or Project Management – mandatory

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP, particularly the QM module – mandatory

• Experience implementing the QM module in a large organization (at least 500 users) – mandatory

• In-depth knowledge of the Production (PP) module – mandatory

• Understanding of interfaces between QM and other SAP modules

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new development environments

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with basic BI tools such as RS/PBI – an advantage

• Basic knowledge of SQL – an advantage
