Industry Relations Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven Industry Relations Manager to join our growing Career advisors team and increase Elevation’s engagement with the tech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with hiring partners — from startups to global tech leaders — to create employment pathways for Elevation’s graduates.

You’ll serve as the bridge between our talent pipeline and the industry’s evolving hiring needs, ensuring our programs stay relevant and our graduates are well-prepared for real-world success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Elevation’s strategy for building partnerships with tech companies and hiring partners.
• Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with employers seeking skilled tech talent.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand graduate profiles and match them to suitable job opportunities.
• Design and manage initiatives that connect graduates with employers — such as networking events, career fairs, and talent showcases.
• Gather industry insights to inform Elevation’s curriculum development and ensure alignment with market demand.
• Act as the main point of contact for hiring partners, ensuring exceptional partner experience and long-term collaboration.
• Track and report placement success metrics, employer satisfaction, and partnership outcomes.
• Represent Elevation at industry events, conferences, and meetups to strengthen our presence and network within the tech ecosystem.

Who are we Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, employer relations, or talent acquisition — ideally within the tech or education space.
• Strong understanding of the tech industry and its evolving talent needs.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
