Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle tech placements – Prepare graduates for the job market by enhancing their CVs, HR interview prep, building LinkedIn profiles.
• Lead and develop workshops on professional and career development.
• Proactively source tech jobs using: LinkedIn, professional/tech communities, job boards, etc..
• Manage employers' relationships by building, developing, and maintaining partnerships with tech companies and recruiters.
• Track and optimize placement processes – Collect and analyze placement data, track periodical targets and success metrics, and refine processes based on insights

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in end-to-end technical placement
• Experience in delivering workshops, training, or presentations, with demonstrated ability to teach and communicate concepts effectively.
• record in developing and maintaining employer relationships
• Proficiency with digital/social platforms for recruitment
• Creative mindset with goal orientation and delivery capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
