Investment Operations Specialist- Position No. 1455

Responsibilities:

• Producing daily reports, performing bank reconciliations, updating data in systems, and executing control processes.
• Investment monitoring of managed portfolios for institutional, corporate, and private clients.
• Working with bank systems and the Danel system.
• Direct interface and ongoing collaboration with investment managers.
• Monitoring compliance with Ministry of Finance regulations, declared policies, internal investment policies, and authority levels.
• Supporting the preparation of materials for investment committees.
• Tracking participation and voting in general meetings.

Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–17:00 / 9:00–18:00, with willingness to work additional hours if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field – required
• Knowledge and familiarity with the capital market – required
• High-level proficiency in Excel – required
• Experience in investment control/operations – significant advantage
