The Role

We are seeking a Project and Asset Manager to join Zoom Real Estate Investments.

In this role, you’ll oversee every stage of our property renovation projects — from negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensuring on-time, high-quality completion. You’ll also manage property assets and utilities across our portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all aspects of property renovation projects – from negotiating with contractors to managing schedules, budgets, and QA.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and project milestones.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Manage utilities setup and coordination (electricity, water, gas) across our property portfolio.
• Develop and execute asset management strategies to maximize ROI.
• Maintain accurate records for projects, budgets, and maintenance schedules.
• Handle permits and licensing with local authorities.
• Continuously improve processes, engage new contractors, and negotiate bids.
• Collaborate internally across company departments using CRMs such as CompanyCam, Monday.com, Salesforce, Podio, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management – a must.
• Fluent or native English speaker.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A problem-solver with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ambitious, persistent, and team-oriented, with an executive mindset.
• Tech-savvy, ideally experienced with CRM systems.
• Able to work US hours (Mon–Fri, with Tuesday from home | 17:00–02:00).
