Information Systems Implementer (Mid- level)

A well-established and successful company in the automotive industry is looking for an Information Systems Implementer to join its internal Information Systems team.

This is a key in-house role focused on supporting and improving the company’s business applications and information systems – not IT infrastructure or hardware.

The position combines a strong understanding of business processes with technical problem-solving and implementation skills.

What you’ll do:

• Provide hands-on application support and implementation across various internal systems (mainly ERP and complementary platforms).
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex system and process issues end-to-end.
• Ensure that cross-departmental business processes are correctly reflected and maintained within the systems.
• Work extensively with MS-SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Create and maintain reports and integrations between systems.
• Provide user guidance and process training (about 30% of the role).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve system efficiency and data quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in information systems implementation or advanced application support – mandatory.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP / Priority / Oracle / NetSuite, etc.) – mandatory. (Internal, home-grown systems are not considered ERP experience).
• Solid knowledge of MS-SQL – mandatory (not just basic SQL).
• Familiarity with tools such as SSIS, SSRS, Crystal Reports, SQL Server, DTW – advantage.
• Experience with SAP Business One – strong advantage.
• Analytical thinking, process orientation, and strong self-learning ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of managing tasks end-to-end.
