Qualifications
Gordon College is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Project Coordinator to join its International Center and Projects Unit.
This partl-time hybrid position involves coordinating and managing international academic cooperation projects from planning and partner communication to implementation, reporting, and dissemination.
The coordinator will work closely with international partners, academic staff, and administrative units to ensure smooth project execution, compliance with EU guidelines, and timely delivery of all activities and outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of international projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, etc.) and support project managers in achieving objectives and deliverables.
- Taking part in writing projects proposals.
- Manage communication with international partners, ministries, and funding agencies.
- Support preparation of project reports, financial documentation, and quality assurance materials.
- Organize international events, workshops, visits, and delegations (both online and in-person).
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and outputs to ensure compliance with project agreements.
- Contribute to the visibility and dissemination of projects through websites, newsletters, and social media.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business Administration, or Project Management (or a related field).
- Proven experience in managing or coordinating international projects, preferably in higher education or non-profit organizations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew (knowledge of an additional language is an advantage).
- Familiarity with EU project management and reporting tools (e.g., Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Funding & Tenders Portal) is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Trello, Slack, Notion).
- High level of initiative, reliability, and intercultural sensitivity.
