What are we looking for?

Checkmarx is seeking an experienced and passionate Salesforce Analyst Team Leader to drive the strategic direction and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, and cross-department collaboration to ensure our Salesforce platform supports the company’s business growth, operational excellence, and customer success.

How will you make an impact?

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and other business functions.
• Collaborate with many stakeholders from Sales, Finance, Marketing, Support, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Own the Salesforce roadmap—ensuring alignment between system capabilities, business objectives, and Salesforce best practices.
• Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery—from requirement gathering and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for platform enhancement.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation, and standardization across Salesforce processes and tools.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce teams (administrators, analysts, developers).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading Salesforce technical solutions as a Senior Salesforce Analysis or Technical Lead. Including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Experience with managing complex Salesforce projects
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data management, and integration best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• B.Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CPQ platforms – advantage
• Experience with additional information systems and technologies – advantage
• Experience with Agent Force – advantage
