Job Description:

In this role, you will lead a team of 3-4 recruiters, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, helping identify and attract top talent in the tech industry, and driving the team to meet ambitious hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3-4 recruiters.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to job offer negotiation.
• Conduct phone and HR interviews as needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Set and monitor recruitment KPIs and targets.
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and expand the company’s talent pipeline.
• Lead team meetings and provide ongoing training and support.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-tech recruitment
• At least 1 year in a team lead or senior role.
• Proven track record in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and marketing abilities.
• Experience in contract negotiations.
• In-depth understanding of diverse technologies across various high-tech development fields.
• Ability to understand and implement technical job requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience managing or mentoring recruiters – an advantage.
