As a Senior Project Manager on the Technology Operations team in our [Insert Location] office, you’ll play a vital role in driving execution excellence and strategic alignment across our global R&D organization.

You’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, streamline operational processes, and enable Taboola’s technology teams to deliver at scale. This is an opportunity to shape how one of the world’s largest AdTech R&D organizations plans, executes, and grows.

To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Program/Project Management, or R&D Operations within a tech company.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from planning to execution.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Experience driving process improvement, productivity initiatives, or organizational change.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into measurable operational outcomes.
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Experience in SaaS or global technology organizations with 200+ R&D employees.
• Familiarity with budget or workforce planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools for productivity, automation, or project management.
  
  

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Define, plan, and execute strategic cross-R&D initiatives to improve delivery, communication, and collaboration.
• Support the implementation of operational tools and methodologies that enhance team productivity.
  
  

Drive execution excellence across R&D and Product by tracking progress, risks, and outcomes.

• Partner with R&D and PM leadership to support strategic planning, headcount, and process scaling.
• Strengthen internal and external communication channels within the Tech organization.
