Medical Science advisor

We are looking for an experienced and scientifically-driven Medical Advisor to join our global pharmaceutical team and lead medical activities in the field of fertility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the local medical strategy for fertility treatments, in alignment with global and regional plans.
• Maintain a leading role as a medical and scientific expert for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) and participate in relevant medical conferences.
• Provide scientific and medical support to commercial, regulatory, market access, and medical information teams.
• Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials in accordance with local and global regulations.
• Respond to complex medical inquiries and support field teams with scientific content.
• Oversee the non-R&D medical budget and contribute to research and development initiatives in fertility.
• Collaborate with global and regional medical teams to adapt and implement scientific strategies.
• Support early access programs, clinical trials, and Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs).

Requirements:

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, MD, PharmD)- required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Advisor or Medical Science Expert in a global pharmaceutical company – required.
• Previous experience in fertility, women’s health, or reproductive medicine- strong advantage.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Professional proficiency in Hebrew and English- written and spoken.
• Experience in a matrixed and global environment- advantage.
