Cybersecurity Implementer – Defense Industry (Northern Israel)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Implementer to join a leading defense industry company in Northern Israel.

Responsibilities:

Design, implementation, and maintenance of cyber defense systems in complex IT networks

Implementation of system hardening processes, including rule writing based on project-specific security requirements, standards, and industry best practices

Working in coordination with IT, networking, and application teams

Hardening of Windows/Linux operating systems

Hardening of network equipment: switches, software, modems

Requirements:

~5 years of experience in the setup, operation, and planning of complex IT networks in SMEs

2–3 years of experience implementing cybersecurity tools in large IT networks, including:

EDR, DLP, AV, WAF, Firewalls, data diodes, SIEM systems, TAPS, PAM, vaults, etc.

Full proficiency in IT infrastructure in Windows/Linux environments, including:

Active Directory, OS, server hardware, networking components, virtualization, cybersecurity tools

Strong command of network systems: switches, routers, and firewalls

Experience in hardening OS and networking devices

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Willingness to work at client and testing sites in Israel and abroad, including overnight stays

Scripting skills – an advantage
