Salesforce Project Manager

Join a leading and innovative insurance company as a Salesforce Project Manager and take ownership of one of the organization’s most strategic technology transitions. This is a high-impact role driving the migration of a core legacy system to the Salesforce platform, involving cross-functional collaboration, executive engagement, and full project lifecycle leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of a Salesforce-based core system
• Own and drive project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management
• Lead a large-scale data migration process, system integrations, and new business workflows
• Collaborate with senior executives, business teams, IT, and end users across the organization
• Work with Salesforce architects, analysts, and developers to ensure platform alignment
• Coordinate with multiple departments in a matrix management environment
• Oversee adoption, training, and change management across user groups
• Define functional and technical requirements and lead system mapping and gap analysis

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of proven experience managing projects, including enterprise-level implementations
• Strong background in Salesforce platform (3+ years), including technical and functional understanding
• Track record of managing projects with 300+ users and multiple phases of delivery
• Experience in matrix management – leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and SQL for migration and validation
• Proven ability to conduct business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Experience with complex systems transition and cross-platform integrations

• Understanding of agency workflows and insurance intermediaries – Advantage
• Experience in leading Salesforce-based transitions in regulated environments
• Familiarity with Workato integration tools – Advantage
• Knowledge of information security and infrastructure concepts in Salesforce context
• Exposure to data migration methodologies and tools
• Salesforce certifications (Admin or similar) – Advantage
