Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (one day remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This is a diverse and fast-paced position that touches on a variety of topics, including company forecasting, product pricing, procurement support, continuous improvement of operational processes, report and presentation preparation, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage company forecasts and support the sales department with forecasting
• Responsible for product pricing
• Collaborate closely with many departments across the organization
• Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes
• Manage engineering change orders (ECOs ) and configuration control
• Participate in inventory-related decision-making
• Prepare reports and presentations for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management – required
• Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multidisciplinary operational environment
• Familiarity with complex Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – required
• Experience with Agile methodology – an advantage
• Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks independently
• Quick learner of new software tools
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
• High analytical abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
