The Support Development Team is responsible for developing and maintaining applications that support internal teams. These applications streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and automate repetitive tasks. By providing tailored technical solutions, the team enhances the productivity and effectiveness of support teams. As a key part of the organization, the team ensures that operational processes run smoothly and efficiently. Its vision is to create scalable, user-centric solutions that minimize friction and maximize impact.   Develop and maintain Python-based tools that enhance the efficiency and workflow of our Support Engineer
• s.Identify and integrate innovations into our existing ecosystem, continuously seeking modernization and improvemen
• t.Aid in troubleshooting any tool-related issues ensuring minimal downtim
• e.Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, supporting scalability, onboarding, and knowledge sharin
• g.Explore and experiment with emerging technologies to discover innovative approaches that enhance our solution
• s.Work closely with Support Engineers, translating their challenges into impactful and actionable technical solution
• s.Primary development is in Python, but some projects involve Golang and other technologies, offering opportunities to expand technical expertis
