Responsibilities

Full responsibility for managing the entire tender response process:
Identifying relevant tenders
Assessing organizational fit
Coordinating and preparing required materials
Pricing and submitting proposals
Preparing high-quality marketing presentations tailored to tender requirements
Leading and overseeing the end-to-end tender process, including working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Drafting clarification questions and thoroughly reviewing legal and tender documents.

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor's degree – mandatory
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with tenders involving public and governmental bodies – significant advantage
Experience preparing marketing presentations and working with graphic tools – advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong writing skills and ability to work independently
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to lead complex processes
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
