A-Point Systems, a leading software company specializing in business information systems (Access, Vue.js, SQL Server), is looking for a Customer Success & Training Representative to join our application support team.

💡 About the Role:

This is not a technical position – it’s all about helping customers succeed with our app.

You’ll provide customer support, onboarding, and training, guiding clients to make the most out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new customers
• Provide ongoing assistance and support to existing users
• Identify customer needs and suggest additional app modules and features
• Handle operational tasks (e.g., integration with credit card companies)
• Enhance customer satisfaction and usage efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, service orientation, and empathy
• Ability to learn and understand complex systems and processes
• Fluent Hebrew (spoken and written)
• Team player with a proactive mindset

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in customer service, training, or app support
• Basic familiarity with SQL or business applications (not required)
