Recruitment Specialist

Persona.ly is a global private company developing machine-learning based platform for mobile marketing, with representations in Japan, the USA, Korea, Singapore, Russia, Europe and headquarters in Rehovot, Israel.

Our predictive models process over 4 million transactions per second and have more than 70 data points. We collaborate with some of the world's leading apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals.

We’re looking for a motivated recruitment specialist to join our HR team, take an active role in supporting our global growth and ensure the smooth operation of our recruitment processes.

This role involves managing and streamlining our recruitment processes in Israel and internationally, sourcing and engaging with candidates, conducting phone interviews, coordinating technical interviews and assignments, and ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

The work model is 1 day from home after training.

Requirements:

• Up to 4-5 years of experience in recruitment (No technological background is required)
• Very high level proficiency in English for daily communication and interviews
• A proactive, curious, resourceful and resilient mindset
• Ability to learn a complex global business ecosystem
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and consistency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
