PMO – Renewable Energy Projects (Field Role) ⚡🌱

We are looking for a proactive PMO to manage timelines, budgets, and overall project control for renewable energy construction projects – a role combining fieldwork with office-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction estimates, daily tracking, and weekly reporting
• Monitor and control project schedules according to targets and milestones
• Approve invoices, close orders, and manage budgets
• Collaborate with Resource Manager on budget-related matters
• Raise flags on deviations in real-time and work to reduce costs
• Optimize processes for financial savings
• Hands-on fieldwork alongside office responsibilities

Requirements:

• Academic degree – required (Industrial Engineering & Management – strong advantage)
• Proven experience working with budgets and Gantt charts – required
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in field projects / infrastructure / construction / earthworks – advantage
• High level of English
• Assertive, responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure, and committed to hard work
