Business Analyst

We’re looking for a strategic, business-driven Business Analyst to join One Zero’s Growth & Revenue Team - the team that leads the bank’s success and drives its core business results.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping decisions that impact the bank’s growth trajectory, profitability, and customer value. You will partner across the organization - with Product, Marketing, Finance, and R&D - to translate data into actionable insights, identify new growth opportunities, and measure what truly moves the needle for the business.

This is not just a data role - it’s a business impact role at the heart of the bank’s strategy.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and revenue streams to identify business opportunities and growth levers.
• Design and execute analytical analysis that directly influence key business KPIs such as conversion, retention, ARPU, and profitability.
• Work with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide clear, data-backed recommendations that drive decisions and improve business outcomes.
• Lead ad-hoc and strategic analyses that guide senior management in defining priorities, optimizing operations, and accelerating growth.
• Collaborate with data teams and finance teams to improve our data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  
  

• +2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• SQL proficiency - Must have
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of an agile and quickly growing team.
• B.Sc in Industry & Management, Statistics, Economics or equivalent
