Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, execute and monitor the company’s global compliance programs and policies
• Provide legal advice on compliance matters and applicable regulations, and create processes and procedures for enforcing such laws and regulations within the company
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is embedded in business operations
• Ensure a global and regional compliance methodology
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on company operations
  
  

• An Israeli certified lawyer with 3+ years of experience in compliance positions, preferably in-house at a publicly traded tech or cybersecurity company or at a top-tier law firm
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting public companies and cybersecurity
• Demonstrated ability to lead global compliance programs, projects and initiatives
• Self-starter who can push and execute projects within the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Team player, strong analytical skills and process oriented
• English – fluency in English and legal English expertise is required
