Regulatory & Quality Manager

A leading import company in the health and consumer products sector is seeking a

Regulatory & Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of product registration, regulatory compliance, and quality systems. This is a senior role reporting directly to the CEO and includes direct management of a small RA/QA team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 RA/QA professionals
• Oversee product registration with the Israeli Ministry of Health
• Maintain and improve QMS (GMP, ISO 9001), including documentation and internal audits
• Lead regulatory responses, CAPA processes, and supplier audits
• Monitor global regulatory changes and ensure compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and sales
• Promote a culture of quality and regulatory awareness across the organization

• Requirements:
• BSc in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Biomedical Engineering (MSc – advantage)
• 5+ years in RA or QA within Food/ Cosmetics/ Nutriceuticals in an import company.
• Proven team management experience
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, and Israeli MoH registration processes
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
