Position: .NET Development Team Leader

This is a managerial–technical role responsible for leading a .NET development team and building the department from the ground up.

The position involves hands-on development based on an existing system, focusing on implementing customizations and adaptations to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the development department, define workflows, methodologies, and project management tools.
• Lead and manage a team of developers, including recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluations, and professional coaching.
• Lead development work based on an existing platform, implementing customer-specific adaptations (customizations).
• Write high-quality code, perform code reviews, and ensure best development practices.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, QA, DevOps, product managers).
• Continuously improve development processes and promote technological innovation.
• Work in an agile environment with a focus on delivering fast and high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) – mandatory.
• Proven experience as a development team leader (2+ years) – mandatory.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Angular) – advantage.
• Experience with API integrations and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
• Experience leading development on existing enterprise systems – significant advantage.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and system-level thinking.
• High-level English (technical reading and writing).
