Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an experienced Implementation & Project Manager to join a leading organization in the Shfela region.

Position Overview

This role combines business process analysis, system implementation, and project management within a dynamic enterprise environment. The position involves supporting existing systems, analyzing user requirements, defining business needs, and leading the implementation and deployment of ERP solutions across departments. The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on, with a passion for process improvement and technological innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and developments.
• Analyze and define business processes and user requirements for new functionalities, reports, and system integrations.
• Lead the implementation, customization, and deployment of ERP and business applications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, IT, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Academic degree – mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, analysis, and implementation of ERP systems.
• Proven experience writing business and technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SBO) – mandatory.
• Experience working with SQL – mandatory.
• Familiarity with Node.js and REST API – advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills.
