Digital Marketing Lead JB-530

PwC Israel is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join our Marketing Department.

The role involves end to end ownership, from strategic planning to execution while managing cross-functional projects, curating content, and delivering tailored campaigns to varied target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-organizational digital projects: planning, execution, vendor management, and goal tracking
• Develop content strategy and manage digital assets: firm website, email marketing systems, and social media platforms
• Create marketing content tailored to various platforms—including writing, editing, and implementation
• Manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), including optimization and performance tracking
• Measure and analyze data using Google Analytics, BI tools, and social platforms; present periodic reports
• Collaborate with internal departments to promote business initiatives and employer branding

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in digital project management or leading digital operations in an organization or agency
• Strong familiarity with content management, SEO, social media and paid campaigns
• Proven marketing writing skills and understanding of B2B content branding
• Proficiency in campaign management tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager)
• Hands-on experience with analytics and BI tools- strong advantage
• Ability to lead and manage complex processes independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
