We are looking for a Business Finance Operations Specialist to join our Workspace Security Division and play a key role in managing and optimizing the division’s financial and operational processes.

As part of a high-performing finance team, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, accurate financial tracking, and clear visibility into business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize commission and quota processes for over 300 employees across the division.
• Ensure accurate data reconciliation across systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Anaplan (Exceed).
• Act as the main point of contact between quota carriers, managers, and corporate service teams (Finance, Commissions, Sales Ops, Order Management).
• Track and monitor budgets, expenses, and key performance metrics to support divisional reporting and planning.
• Partner with Procurement and Travel teams to enforce SLAs and resolve operational issues.
• Provide management with ad-hoc financial and operational analyses, offering insights into revenues, costs, and efficiency.
• Develop process documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility and execution.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration (or a related field).
• 3+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Sales Operations, Compensation Operations, or FP&A roles.
• Advanced Excel skills - including data analysis, modeling, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan/Exceed, Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI – a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
