An opportunity to lead measurement, analytics, and Jira system management processes in an innovative, agile, and dynamic technological environment that drives digital transformation and innovation in infrastructure and workflows.
What are we looking for?
- Significant experience leading or managing Data & Analytics / Center of Excellence in a large organization
- Hands-on proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence – experience in implementation or managing enterprise systems is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and process metrics
- Solid business understanding with the ability to link business metrics, customer value, and workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
