We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the full lifecycle of utility-scale renewable energy projects across designated regions. This role plays a critical function in driving successful collaboration and alignment between various internal departments — including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Procurement, Project Financing, Asset Management, Construction Management, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The manager will be responsible for leading projects from late-stage development through Financial Close and into Commercial Operation Date (COD), ensuring all milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the full project lifecycle — from initiation and planning through execution, commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all regional project activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment across functions (PPA, procurement, construction, finance, asset management, and O&M).
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with technical, commercial, and contractual obligations.
• Support the project financing process by providing all technical, commercial, and contractual inputs needed to achieve Financial Close.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across project stages and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing complex infrastructure or utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, or hybrid).
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders in international or regional contexts.
• Solid understanding of project financing principles, procurement processes, and energy commercial frameworks (PPAs).
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
