About the role:
- Manage large-scale mixed-use tower projects from planning to delivery
- Lead design and construction teams and collaborate with external consultants
- Oversee the team, budgets, schedules, and quality of execution
- Work closely with developers, architects, contractors, and supervisors
- Take full responsibility for operations management, including team recruitment and business development
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture – mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience managing tower projects – mandatory
- Proven experience managing mixed-use towers (residential, commercial, office) – mandatory
- Experience managing a business unit or branch – an advantage
- Experience managing complex budgets and multidisciplinary teams – an advantage
