Finance Operations Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Finance Operations Associate to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations, supporting both merchant-related activities and internal finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide merchants with accurate and timely processing of payments and settlement details.
• Monitor and verify merchant balances, transactions, and financial reports.
• Support internal Finance team processes, including managing fees, currency conversions, exchange rates, daily reporting, and cash flow monitoring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in finance operations, accounting, or payment processing
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• High level of English (both written and verbal)
